SikaTop® Seal-107 is a high-performance, polymer-modified cementitious waterproofing slurry designed for long-lasting protection of concrete and masonry structures. The product consists of a cement-based powder and a liquid polymer component, which when mixed forms a durable, flexible, and waterproof coating.

This cementitious slurry provides excellent resistance against water penetration, dampness, and moisture, making it ideal for use in bathrooms, kitchens, balconies, terraces, basements, foundations, water tanks, retaining walls, and wet areas. It adheres strongly to sound concrete and masonry substrates and can withstand positive water pressure.
