• Standard delivery timelines are 1–3 working days within the UAE
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational conditions
• Same-day or urgent delivery may be available upon request and subject to additional charges

Delivery Charges

• Free delivery is available for orders above AED 1000, unless stated otherwise
• Orders below the minimum value may be subject to delivery charges
• Special handling, heavy items, or remote locations may incur additional costs

Order Processing

• Orders are processed after payment confirmation
• Orders placed after business hours or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day

Inspection at Delivery

• Report any damage, shortage, or incorrect items within 48 hours
• Sign the delivery note as confirmation of receipt

Failure to report issues within the specified time may be considered acceptance of the delivery.

Failed or Delayed Delivery

• If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or site access issues, re-delivery charges may apply
• We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control

Risk & Ownership

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon successful delivery and acknowledgment.
